Orgless have secured the second FLASHPOINT Season 1 slot offered by the Global Qualifier - Pinnacle Open after defeating Chaos 2-1 in the semi-final.

Orgless secured a monumental victory in Los Angeles, booking a spot at FLASHPOINT Season 1 over Chaos. On their way to the semi-final, the North American mix was able to best AVEZ and DETONA, later dismantling Joshua "⁠steel⁠" Nissan's side in a three-map affair.

Seeing as the team is currently without an organization to call home, the five have secured $25,000 in monthly backing for the duration of FLASHPOINT Season 1 as part of the league's program to support up-and-coming rosters.

Overpass kicked off to a solid start for Chaos, as Owen "⁠smooya⁠" Butterfield set affairs off with a T-side pistol triple kill. A sloppy A hit coupled with spot-on Deagles from Jaccob "⁠yay⁠" Whiteaker and Gage "⁠Infinite⁠" Green stunned the offense's momentum, equalizing the score as soon as the second round. With Yassine "⁠Subroza⁠" Taoufik engaged in addition to the outstanding two from the prior round, Orgless set out on an aggressive campaign to close Overpass, absolutely battering Chaos in all but two rounds, with Infinite closing the half having scored an impressive 20 frags.

Cameron "⁠cam⁠" Kern took it upon himself to give his team any advantage possible, and a USP-S quad definitely served Chaos well in their CT start. Contrary to the initial half, Chaos did not squander their early momentum, transferring it into a string of four consecutive conversions. A pistol buy once more proved to be the team's undoing, however, as a well-executed Long hit from Orgless placed Pujan "⁠FNS⁠" Mehta and his men just two rounds short of a map victory. Chaos conceded the crucial 21st round and found themselves on the back foot economically against map point. Unable to upset with a force buy, the team conceded its map pick to Orgless with a 16-6 score.

Nuke ensued, where Chaos maintained a flawless pistol round record on the CT side of the map. Early input from cam and Anthony "⁠vanity⁠" Malaspina allowed for a lead, however, once the offense secured equipment in hand, the dynamic shifted in their favor, as Orgless assumed a lead. Insufficient time in round eight cost the Ts a round, and the defense managed to capitalize on the gap created, running away with a further four as a result. Orgless evened things out towards the end of the half, closing it with a 7-8 deficit.

smooya once more came through for his team in the pistol round, this time with a Glock triple. The Ts lacked follow-through afterward, however, as Infinite was a deciding factor in the upcoming rounds, reassuming a lead for his team with three consecutive multi-frag rounds. Despite the outstanding individual showing, Chaos managed to wrangle a string of rounds, placing the team just two short of a map victory, and after some pushback from the CTs, a third map was on the books at 16-12.

Inferno was the concluding map of the series, and Infinite's name popped up once more, this time due to a USP-S triple to kick things off on the CT side. Orgless' defensive success was short-lived early on, but yay brought the direction of the match back in their favor with a Krieg triple kill. Five back to back rounds for Orgless followed after a brief rumble, concluding the initial half on a 9-6 note.

The late-half dominance was followed up with a fruitful pistol round on the T side for Orgless, who had now successfully breached into double-digits off the back of class showings from yay and Subroza. Chaos responded in kind, taking three of their own, and vanity managed to post an ace round, followed by a quad kill. Despite the titanic effort of the American, his team was ultimately unable to mount the comeback, falling to Orgless at 16-11.
